How it works - UK Vans Outright Purchases

Once you have decided on the make, model and options required on your new vehicle and wish to place an order, you should do the following:

Call Apple Van sales department on 01943 882600 and speak to one of their advisors. Your details will be required along with the full delivery address. You will also be asked to pay the arrangement fee, which in most cases also acts as the deposit. Normally this amount is £500 plus VAT.

Payment can be made by any approved credit or debit card. Receipt of this payment along with the completed order form will normally be sent to you within 24 hours.

Your verbal instructions will be accepted as a binding contract between you and The Apple Van Group, who in turn will order the van on your behalf. All our vans are ordered from UK franchised dealers immediately upon receipt of your deposit. Cancellation of a van once it has been ordered will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

Once the dealer receives the van you will be contacted by The Apple Van Group to discuss method of payment. Full payment must be made prior to collection or delivery of your van. In most cases delivery of your van is included in our price. Certain remote locations may require additional charges.

As a Fleet partners to Bank of Scotland Vehicle Management, Lombard Vehicle Management, Arval ltd and many more, Apple Van Leasing have excellent terms for the following finance packages:

• Hire Purchase
• Lease Purchase
• Finance Lease
• Contract Hire

Once you have received a favourable quotation and wish to proceed you should call our offices on 01943 882600. You will be asked to supply information regarding your business along with some personal details. This will then be forwarded to our underwriting department for consideration. Decisions normally take up to 24 hours. Once the proposal is accepted you will be sent a contract to sign. This must be faxed or posted back to Apple Van Leasing before the van can be ordered. Once the van is ready for delivery, you will be asked to sign the agreement. This should again be posted back to our offices along with your deposit cheque. In some cases copies of driving licences and utility bills will be requested for security reasons. Your Van will be delivered soon after all the relevant documentation is in place.

All vans are full UK specification and UK supplied including the full manufacturers warranty. In order to obtain these high levels of discount some Vans may be pre-registered and sold with delivery mileage. This in no way affects the re-sale value of your van.
